What does my venue pay upfront?
Nothing upfront for the agreed machine, machine branding, or opening merchandise. Venmint funds and owns the equipment and stock. Your venue supplies the approved indoor space, electricity, and access for stocking and service. The written agreement sets the term and cancellation obligations.
How does commission work?
Your venue earns an agreed share of merchandise sales. We handle checkout, provide sales reporting, and pay your commission on the schedule agreed for your location. The rate and terms are set out in your venue agreement.
Do my employees have to stock it?
No. Venmint handles routine stocking, replenishment, and machine support. We agree service access before installation so your team can stay focused on your guests.
Can we choose what goes in the machine?
Yes. We choose the assortment with you from the available catalog, based on your venue, your brand, and your guests. Final choices depend on decoration, supplier minimums, budget, and tested machine fit. You approve your branding and inventory exposure before we order. Machine size and capacity are matched to the final assortment.
What if we already sell some merchandise?
We can explore a focused assortment that complements what you already offer. The first conversation is about your guests, current merchandise, and whether Venmint adds value for your venue.
How soon can we launch?
We confirm timing after the site review, assortment, artwork, supplier availability, and machine configuration are agreed. You receive the expected timeline before signing; we order venue-specific equipment and merchandise after the agreement and required approvals are complete.
